INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE CONSENT OF THE DATA SUBJECT

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (Law No. 677/2001) and Regulation (EU) No. 679 of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, S.C. Casting & Talents S.R.L., headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 3, Al. Textiliștilor, No. 7, Bl. MY12, Ap. 15, and with a working point in Bucharest, Sector 4, Splaiul Unirii, No. 4, registered at the Bucharest Trade Register under No. J40/2805/2013, is obliged to process the personal data provided by or about you, a family member (minor or adult), or another person whose data you have provided when applying for inclusion in the database, securely, in good faith, and in compliance with applicable legal provisions, solely for the purposes specified in the form/contract/registration sheet/casting.

1. Processed Personal Data

The personal data processed includes: full name, date and place of birth, address (residence/domicile), landline/mobile phone number, email address, identity document series and number, national identification number (CNP), nationality/citizenship, social media profiles, occupation, education, modeling/casting experience information, artistic/sporting skills, your image or parts of your image, height, weight, and body measurements.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The purposes for processing personal data are:

Execution of contractual obligations arising from the form/contract/registration sheet/casting.
Transmission of data to service beneficiaries for modeling/casting.
Legal actions before courts or authorities.
Video and photo surveillance in accordance with the registration form/contract/casting, including when visiting our offices.
Processing and storage of your image for the realization of the objectives in the form/contract/casting registration sheet.

3. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be securely stored following legal requirements:

Documents containing personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 10 years after contract termination or the last use of the granted rights.
Video and photographic recordings related to contract execution will be stored for the same period.
Surveillance camera recordings will be stored for 30 days.

4. Necessity of Processing Personal Data

All processed data is necessary for:

Signing or executing the form/contract/registration sheet/casting.
Transmission to contractual service beneficiaries.
Failure to provide this data may make it impossible to initiate or continue the contractual relationship.

5. Data Recipients

Personal data may be transferred to:

Our company (Casting & Talents S.R.L.), employees, and representatives.
Partner companies, such as S.C. M.R.A. Models Agency S.R.L. and S.C. M.R.A. S.R.L.
Service providers, legal professionals (lawyers, auditors, accountants), and authorities (ANAF, ANPC, courts, etc.).

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Data may be accessed by Casting & Talents S.R.L. employees and the associated companies S.C. M.R.A. Models Agency S.R.L. and S.C. M.R.A. S.R.L. Data may be transferred to Romania, the EU, and worldwide, ensuring it remains relevant and appropriate to its intended purpose.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

Right of Access – To confirm whether data is processed and to access it.
Right to Data Portability – To receive data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to Object – To refuse data processing, which may impact contract execution.
Right to Rectification – To correct or complete inaccurate data.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") – To request data deletion under specific conditions (e.g., withdrawal of consent, unlawful processing).
Right to Restriction of Processing – If you contest the data's accuracy.
Right Not to be Subject to Automated Decision-Making – Including profiling, except when necessary for contract execution.
Right to Withdraw Consent – You may revoke consent at any time, impacting contract execution.
Right to Complain – To the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the courts.

By submitting the registration form/contract/casting sheet electronically or signing at our office, you acknowledge this notice and consent to the processing of personal data.
